"One Step at a Time") - start right after George sings "We Really Shouldn't Be..." 
on the word "Doing" (--Dedicated to Cathy C: Just don't go there!!)
Choreographer's Note: There is one break in the George Strait song. It comes 
after the third time through the pattern. You will be facing the right side wall. 
Roll your hips clockwise four times in 8 counts. On the 9th count, stop and hold 
with weight on L foot. Start the dance again on the word "Doing." Enjoy!
First 8 (1-8): R side 1/4 R, L forward rock & recover, 
L side 1/2 L, R forward rock & recover
1-2	Step R foot to right side turning 1/4 right, hold (optional - scuff L foot forward)
3-4	Step L foot forward and rock forward, recover weight on R foot
5-6	Step L foot to left side turning 1/2 left, hold (optional - scuff R foot forward)
7-8	Step R foot forward and rock forward, recover weight on L foot 
	(begin to prep for 3/4 turn right on next count by starting to turn body to the right)
Second 8: (9-16): 3/4 turn R, L scuff forward, vine L 2, L scissors
1-2	Start to turn 3/4 right and step R foot to right side, 
	scuff L foot forward and pivot on R foot to complete 3/4 turn right 
	(now facing back wall)
3-4	Step L foot to left side, cross-step R foot behind L foot
5-8	Step L foot to left side, step R foot together, cross-step L foot over R foot, hold
Third 8 (17-24): R side 1/4 R, L forward rock & recover, L side 1/2 L, 
R rock forward & recover
1-2	Step R foot to right side turning 1/4 right, hold (optional - scuff L foot forward)
3-4	Step L foot forward and rock forward, recover weight on R foot
5-6	Step L foot to left side turning 1/2 left, hold (optional - scuff R foot forward)
7-8	Step R foot forward and rock forward, recover weight on L foot 
	(begin to prep for 3/4 turn right on next count by starting to turn body to the right)
Fourth 8 (25-32): 3/4 turn R, L scuff forward, vine L 2, L scissors
1-2	Start to turn 3/4 right and step R foot to right side, 
	scuff L foot forward and pivot on R foot to complete 3/4 turn right 
	(now facing back wall)
3-4	Step L foot to left side, cross-step R foot behind L foot
5-8	Step L foot to left side, step R foot together, cross-step L foot over R foot, hold
Fifth 8 (33-40): Vine R 3, L cross-step, broken box
1-2	Step R foot to right side, cross-step L foot behind R foot
3-4	Step R foot to right side (turn body slightly to the right), 
	cross-step L foot over R foot
5-8	Step R foot to right side, step L foot together, step R foot back, hold
Sixth 8 (41-48): Vine L 3, R cross-step, broken box
1-2	Step L foot to left side, cross-step R foot behind L foot
3-4	Step L foot to left side (turn body slightly to the left), cross-step R foot over L foot
5-8	Step L foot to left side, step R foot together, step L foot forward, hold
Seventh 8 (49-56): R forward rock & recover turning 1/4 R, 
scuff L forward, L jazz box with R scuff
1-2	Step R foot forward and rock forward, recover weight on L foot
3-4	Turn 1/4 right and step R foot together, scuff L foot forward
5-8	Cross-step L foot over R foot, step R foot back, 
	step L foot together, scuff R foot forward
Eighth 8	 (57-64): R jazz box with 1/2 turn R & scuff L forward, 
L forward rock & recover
1-4	Cross-step R foot over L foot, step L foot back, 
	turn 1/2 right and step R foot forward, scuff L foot forward
5-8	Step L foot forward and rock forward, recover weight on R foot, 
	step L foot together, hold
