Count Steps
1-4 Step Together Step Left & Right While Rolling Hands
1&2 Side shuffle left (LRL) while rolling hands
3&4 Side shuffle right (RLR) while rolling hands
5-8 Twist R-L-R-L as you alternate placing fists at elbows
5. Twist on balls of both feet as you extend left forearm straight up & place right fist
next to the left elbow.
6. Twist both feet to the right and opposite arms from count 5
7&8 Left shuffle forward
9-12 Touch Forward, Clapping Hands Over Head, Step,
Touch Back, Clapping Below Waist, Step
1. Touch the right foot forward and clap your hands bringing arms over your head
2 Step on the right bringing it back next to the left
3. Touch the left foot back and clap your hands bring down below your waist.
4. Step on the left foot - bringing it back next to the right
13-16 Footwork As you do this - hop forward as you place your arms out to the side,
shimmy your shoulders and lean back slightly, as though you are doing the "Limbo".
&5 Right, Left
&6 Right, Left
&7 Right, Left
&8 Right, Left
17-24 On the first four counts, try to put a little "hip action" with it.
1 Touch right foot forward
2 Bring right foot back next to the left and step on the right
3 Touch left foot forward
4 Bring the left foot back next to the right and step on the left
5 Step forward on the right
6 Step forward on the left
7 Step forward on the right
& Step forward on the left
8 Step forward on the right
28-32 Left 3 Step Turn, Right Ball Change, Right 3 Step Turn, Left Ball Change
(Ladies hold their arms out to the side, bent at the elbow with the forearm straight up,
they should be in shape of an "L").
1 Begin a three step turn to the left by stepping 1/4 turn to left on left.
2 Continue to turn to the left by pivoting another 1/4 turn to left and step on right foot.
3 Complete 3 step turn to the left by pivoting 1/2 turn to face front and step on the left foot.
& Step out to the right on the right foot to start a "ball change".
4 Transfer weight quickly to the left to complete the "ball change".
5-8 Repeat counts 1, 2, 3&4 only to the right.
(Three step turn to the right, stepping R-L-R, and then a quick "ball change" of left right.)
33-36 Walk Forward Doing "Sailor Shuffle",
Hip Rolls Counter Clockwise To Face 2nd Wall
1 Traveling forward, cross the left behind the right
& Transfer weight quickly to right foot
2 Step on the left foot in place
3 Continue to travel forward by crossing the right behind the left
& Transfer weight quickly to the left
4 Step on the right foot in place
37-37 Begin Body Roll Counterclockwise (4 beats)
37-40 Roll hips back and around in a circular motion as you turn in a circle to the left.
As you do this step L-R-L-R.
