ROCK & TRIPLE STEP
1	Rock forward on RIGHT heel
2	Rock back onto LEFT foot
3 & 4	Triple step in place on RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT
5	Rock forward on LEFT heel
6	Rock back on RIGHT foot
7 & 8	Triple step in place on LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT
TURN & STOMP
9	Step RIGHT foot forward
10	Make 1/4 turn to left (switching weight to ball of left foot)
11	Stomp RIGHT foot next to left (switch weight to right foot)
12	Stomp LEFT foot next to right (switch weight to left foot)
KNEE POPS
13	Push RIGHT knee forward
14	Hold one beat
15	Bring RIGHT knee in and push LEFT knee forward at the 
	same time (keep left heel on floor and weight on left foot)
16	Hold one beat
WALK & TURN
