1         Cross-step RIGHT foot across Left
2         Hold one beat
3         Step back on LEFT
4         Hold one beat

TOE TOUCHES
5         Touch RIGHT toe to 5:00 o'clock
6         Touch RIGHT toe to 11:00 o'clock
7         Touch RIGHT toe to 5:00 o'clock
8         Step onto RIGHT foot at 11:00 o'clock

FANCY STEP
&        Step LEFT foot to left side
9         Extend RIGHT heel at 45 degree angle to 2:00 o'clock

38        Straighten body swiveling RIGHT toe to the right and stepping LEFT foot slightly to the left at the same time.
