Counts	  Foot Work
SECTION  A : (48 Counts)
1-8	Mexican Hat Dance Steps/1/2 Turn, Kick-Ball Change	
&1&2&3&4  Step weight onto L foot and place R heel at 1:00 - 
	Switch weight onto R and place L heel at 11:00 - Repeat 
&5  	Step weight onto L foot and place R toe behind L heel
6	Pivot 1/2 turn to the right landing on L foot
7&8	Right kick-ball change	
9-16	Brush Steps/Kick-Ball Crosses
1-4	Brush R leg forward;cross over L shin;
	Brush forward & touch R toe next L heel
5&6,7&8	Right kick-ball cross traveling to R -Twice
17-32	REPEAT FIRST 16 COUNTS
33-40	Out-Dig/Cross/Unwind/Hold & Clap
&1 	Step R to right side - Dig L heel to 11:00 position
&2	Cross R over left
3-4	Unwind 1/2 turn L & Hold position and clap on Count 4
5-8	Repeat Counts 1 - 4 
41-48	Toe/Heel Forward Walks
1 -8	Walking forward Step Toe/Heel combinations R, L, R, L
SECTION B: (32 Counts)
1-8	Hand Brush/Claps/1/4 Turns
1-2 	Brush open hands front to back across hips;
	then repeat back to front
3-4 	Bend knees and lean slightly R (for style) hold hands 
	over R shoulder for count 3 and clap on count 4
5-6 	Bend knees and lean slightly L (for style) hold hands 
	over L shoulder for count 3 and clap on count 4 
7-8	Step forward on R foot, military turn 1/4 turn L
9-24	REPEAT ABOVE 8 COUNTS TWO MORE TIMES
25-32	Hand Brush/Double Claps/Lunges
1-2 	Brush open hands front to back across hips;
	then repeat back to front
3-4 	Clap hands twice
5-6 	Lunge forward with R foot to 1:00 position;
	Return R foot next to L
7-8	Lunge forward with L foot to 11:00 position;
	Return L foot next to R
	BEGIN AGAIN
Dancing Notes:
Dance the full 80 counts three times - at the end of the three complete sequences 
repeat Section "B" - the hand brushing series - Begin complete dance again for the 
remainder of your music.
"Somebody Slap Me" will only have you repeat the first 48 steps once more...
your practice music or other songs you choose to use will vary in song length 
and thus will vary in the number of sequences you dance. 
Don't let the number of steps intimidate you...the last 32 are just fun movements, 
with little memory challenge!!!!
