This dance has been designed to suit a range of tempos from about 130 to 190 BPM. 
Beginners can work their way up in tempo over a few weeks.
Good slow suggestion: "I'm From The Country" by Tracy Byrd.

10	Lift R heel behind L leg and Slap it with L hand

16	Lift L heel behind R leg and Slap it with R hand
Styling note: For all slaps in this dance, keep the body erect. 
Lift the foot to met the hand.
17-18	Vine: Sidestep L, Cross-Step R behind L
19-20	Sidestep L, Stomp down R beside L
21-22	Swivel heels to left, return
23-24	Swivel heels to left, return
25	Touch R heel forward 45 right
26	Lift R heel behind L leg and Slap it with L hand
27	Touch R heel forward 45 right
28	Touch R toe back
29	Step R forward (slightly right)
30	Touch L toe beside R
31	Step L forward (slightly left)
32	Touch R toe beside L
