& On the ball of LEFT foot and heel of RIGHT foot,
swivel Left heel to the Left and Right toes to the Right
2 Return heels/ toes to CENTER
3 jump forward on BOTH feet
& On the ball of RIGHT foot and the heel of LEFT foot,
swivel Right heel to the Right and Left toes to the Left
4 Return heels/toes to CENTER
5 Step back on RIGHT
& Hitch LEFT knee up while swiveling Right heel to the Right
